1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of travel services, refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). Kembang Kacang Travelindo will process refunds in accordance with the policies of these suppliers.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds may be available if a cancellation is made within the supplier’s stipulated timeframe.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.
  • Processing fees may apply.

2. Cancellation & Refund Requests

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@kembangkacangtravelindo.com.
  • Refund processing time depends on the supplier (typically 7–30 business days).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

3. Non-Refundable Services
