Refund & Return Policy

At Kembang Kacang Travelindo, we strive to provide the best travel experiences for our customers. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to request a refund or return. Please review our policy below for details on eligibility and procedures.

1. Refund Policy

A. Booking Cancellations

  • Refund eligibility depends on the type of booking (flight, hotel, tour package, etc.) and the terms set by our suppliers.
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure may qualify for a full or partial refund (subject to supplier policies).
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of departure may incur non-refundable fees or penalties.
  • Some promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable.

B. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to book@kembangkacangtravelindo.com.
  • Processing time: 7-14 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

C. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to show up for your booked service (flight, tour, etc.), no refund will be issued.

2. Return Policy (for Physical Products)

If you have purchased any travel-related products (e.g., SIM cards, travel gear) from us:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.

3. Force Majeure & Travel Disruptions

In cases of unforeseen events (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest):

  • We will assist in rescheduling or refunding based on supplier policies.
  • Refunds may be partial or in the form of travel vouchers depending on the situation.

4. How to Request a Refund/Return

    • Booking reference number
    • Reason for cancellation/return
    • Supporting documents (if applicable)
  2. Our team will review and respond within 3-5 business days.
